ORDERING
Wholesale only. We accept orders via online. Miminum order amount is $50. Currently we do not offer sample orders.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, we ship worldwide except some restricted countries imposed by the U.S. Government. Invoices do not include duties or other taxes.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING
*Note: We always try our best to ship out your orders on the same day, but with a high volume of orders it may take up to 24-48 hours to process. This is NOT included in shipping time estimates.
Shipping charge will be determined after the orders are placed completely. UPS is used whenever possible. However "Common Carrier" can be selected in special cases.
Processing
Orders are received each business day at 9am PST and may take up to 3 business days to process and ship. For overnight, 2nd day, and 3rd day shipments, please place orders by 12 PM (PST) to ensure same day processing.
Same day ship out is possible for orders received by 12 PM (PST). Any “SHIP TODAY” orders need to be noted in the customer notes section. “SHIP TODAY” orders are not guaranteed and will be processed in the order received.
Shipping and Handling
Emerald Fashion ships via UPS and USPS. Standard shipping and handling charges will apply to all orders, (additional shipping rates will apply to international orders). Shipments are sent out daily from Mondays – Fridays (major holidays excluded).
*All shipping promotions that are issuedthrough Emerald Fashion will be processed through UPS only.
For overnight, 2nd day, and 3rd day shipments, please place orders by 12 PM (PST).

- 3 Day Select (delivery by end of day)
- 2nd Day Air (delivery by end of day)
- 2nd Day Air AM (delivery by 10:30 am)
- Next Day Air Saver (delivery by 3pm)
- Next Day Air (delivery by 10:30am)
- Next Day Air Early AM (delivery by 8:30am)
Due to the high demand of Emerald styles, the stock of varying items may change within a day.
Customers who require a"CALL BEFORE SHIPPING," may delay the shipment of your order due to failure of communication.
We ship Monday through Friday. We don't ship on these holidays: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas.
Hawaii shipments may take an extra day due to time changes and Puerto Rico orders may be delayed 1 day due to customs.
